This paper proposes a new robust chaotic system of three-dimensional quadratic autonomous ordinary differential equations by introducing an exponential quadratic term. This system can display a double-scroll chaotic attractor with only two equilibria, and can be found to be robust chaotic in a very wide parameter domain with positive maximum Lyapunov exponent. Some basic dynamical properties and chaotic behaviour of novel attractor are studied. By numerical simulation, this paper verifies that the three-dimensional system can also evolve into periodic and chaotic behaviours by a constant controller.  相似文献

This paper presents a general method of the generalized projective synchronization and the parameter identification between two different chaotic systems with unknown parameters. This approach is based on Lyapunov stability theory, and employs a combination of feedback control and adaptive control. With this method one can achieve the generalized projective synchronization and realize the parameter identifications between almost all chaotic (hyperchaotic) systems with unknown parameters. Numerical simulations results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

A general model of linearly stochastically coupled identical connected neural networks with hybrid coupling is proposed, which is composed of constant coupling, coupling discrete time-varying delay and coupling distributed timevarying delay. All the coupling terms are subjected to stochastic disturbances described in terms of Brownian motion, which reflects a more realistic dynamical behaviour of coupled systems in practice. Based on a simple adaptive feedback controller and stochastic stability theory, several sufficient criteria are presented to ensure the synchronization of linearly stochastically coupled complex networks with coupling mixed time-varying delays. Finally, numerical simulations illustrated by scale-free complex networks verify the effectiveness of the proposed controllers.  相似文献

The application of transient nutations in EPR spectroscopy of condensed media is considered. The main methods of formation and observation of transient nutations are presented. The laws governing this phenomenon in twolevel and multilevel spin systems and also in inhomogeneous broadening of EPR lines are described. Recent advances in the use of transient nutations to separate overlapping spectra, identify quantum numbers and quantum transitions, investigate the kinetics of photoinduced paramagnetic centers, and determine relaxation times for a wide range of crystalline and disordered media are presented.  相似文献

Integrable dynamical systems, namely those having as many independent conserved quantities as freedoms, have all Lyapunov exponents equal to zero. Locally, the instantaneous or finite time Lyapunov exponents are nonzero, but owing to a symmetry, their global averages vanish. When the system becomes nonintegrable, this symmetry is broken. A parallel to this phenomenon occurs in mappings which derive from quasiperiodic Schr?dinger problems in 1-dimension. For values of the energy such that the eigenstate is extended, the Lyapunov exponent is zero, while if the eigenstate is localized, the Lyapunov exponent becomes negative. This occurs by a breaking of the quasiperiodic symmetry of local Lyapunov exponents, and corresponds to a breaking of a symmetry of the wavefunction in extended and critical states. Summary Radiation inhibition in the many-atom Jaynes-Cummings model being a consequence of cooperative as well as cavity detuning effects is examined. Numerical solutions for the time evolution of the atomic population inversion exhibiting quasi-stationary behaviour are presented. Furthermore, the cooperative energy shift of these quasi-stationary states is numerically computed by using a special projection operator. In order to examine if the heat conduction in porous material behaves like a wave as claimed by other researchers, experiments on transient heat transfer is conducted in casting sand. The results show that the heat propagation can be described neither by wave nor by diffusion model. The CV-wave concept is discussed and challenged according to the experimental results in the entire transient stage, including the transient response of temperature and the response curve of penetration-depth versus penetration-time.  相似文献
